Deliveries are dispatched within 4–7 days, the shipping is done by Royal Mail and might take a bit longer then usual due to Covid-19 and Brexshit.
Returns ︎
If you need a refund or exchange, please send the goods back to our address (below). Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order. All unwanted items must be returned in new and unused condition, with original labels still attached. The return postage costs are paid for by the customer, unless you have received a faulty item. Refunds will be issued to the same tender that was used for purchase.
VAT and Taxes ︎
UK: The price listed include UK V.A.T
Outside the UK: If you are outside the UK the price includes the cost of the goods and delivery cost but not any other import, export or local taxes that are relevant to your location - items are delivered delivered duty unpaid (DDU). These costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
